AGE RESTRICTIONS

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived page or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. We will delete or de-identify personal information not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.
Any request for a disclosure and/or deletion required under this California law should be sent to us via email at info@aica.coffee. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, if an individual who is a California resident has provided Personal Information to a business in connection with a business relationship that is primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, and if that business has within the immediately preceding calendar year disclosed such an individual’s Personal Information to a third party and knows or should have known that such third party used the information for its own direct marketing purposes, then that business is obligated to disclose in writing to such individual, upon request, what Personal Information was shared and with whom it was shared.
Other parties, however, may not honor Do Not Track signals. Our quality of goods and services are the same for every customer. If you opt-out of certain services, you will not receive the benefit of the service.
Colorado, Virginia and Utah each provide their state residents with rights to:

- Data portability.
- Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales.
